2023 Detroit Historical Photo Calendar
This calendar is a personal project of mine now in its SEVENTEENTH year!
I have been collecting Detroit historical items for over 30 years, including many of the images collected here in this beautiful calendar. The calendar has 13 great images of Detroit during its heyday, many never before published.
After several years of research I have achieved my original goal for the calendar to have every date contain at least one historical event from Detroit's past. You now get over 365 dates of historical significance recorded on the day they occurred along with noting the year the event took place.
Some examples are:
*The first phone line used in Detroit
*Beginning of horse drawn streetcars in the city
*Founding of Cadillac Motor Company
*Inception of the Detroit Police Department
and many many more !
The calendar is printed locally on heavy gloss stock, measures 9” x 12” and is ready to hang.
